Barclays briefed us to educate their senior leadership teams on the potential dangers of an information security breach – in the days when such occurences were relatively poorly understood. 

We took into account the demographic – the time and space they’d have to digest any communication and things they might find palatable and decided to commission a book of ‘Consequences’, featuring high-profile, and in some instances high-brow writers, comedians and columnists to give their take using personal experiences. 

We engaged the entire SLT through a high-profile book launch and then rolled the book out globally to all relevant leaders. 

The book become a symbol of creative internal communication at Barclays, and was subsequently commissioned by many of the Barclays other business partners.
